A New Update!

      Okay.  I know it's been a while since I've been here to update, but I've been shooting some stuff, and having a good time! So here are a few shots from recent jobs that I've done...

This is the new memory mate that I did for Mrs. Becky's Step Ahead Preschool.  We always try to design something fun, and I kind of liked this one.  The chalkboard idea was neat.

I have been lucky enough to be able to do the memory mates for the Little Stallions of the Grantsville Girls Softball League for the last couple of years, and this is the design we came up with for this year.  It's a little different from the one we did last year, so it was good to give them something new instead of the same old.

I usually get to take the family pictures for these guys, too, and it's always fun.  I've decided it's kind of nice having regular clients that you get to work with, because you get to watch their families grow and change over the years.  This year really was that way for me.  It was fun to see how much these little guys had grown-not so little any more!

Last year my brother was finally able to bring his fiance up from Brazil and get married, and they just celebrated their 1-year Anniversary.  She had been a little down because they hadn't been able to do any real engagement pictures since they were so far away from each other, and since she's been here she has noticed that they're a pretty traditional part of getting married.  So for their anniversary, they wanted to go out and take some engagement-type pictures that they could have, now that they had the opportunity.  These are just a few from that shoot.

Stansbury High

So I had a job yesterday to go and shoot some pictures for the Drill Team at Stansbury High.  I know a couple of the girls on the team, so I was excited to go and do it.  We had some fun, and got some great pictures! Take a look:

This was one I hadn't discussed with them, but I had an idea, and a picture that needed a little work anyway, so I thought I'd go for it.  I'm kind of pleased with myself...

Okay, now a disclaimer: the next few pictures I picked at random to put up on here.  I didn't pick one of everyone, because I want the girls to be excited about something when I give them their proofs.  So girls, if you look at these, don't get frustrated if I didn't choose one of your pictures.  They will be in your hands very soon!

New Stuff

Okay.  It's been a while since I put any new stuff up here.  I have been shooting, I'm just not very good at 

updating this blog.  So, here are some new pictures!

These are a couple of friends of mine.  They were looking for more of a contemporary/urban look.  I kind of liked the result.

This is my wife's cousin.  I shot their wedding the first part of April.  It was kind of fun.  What do you think?

A Typical Shoot

So here are the pictures I took at a shoot for my sister-in-law.  These are the pictures that we shot, and at the end you can see the finished product we ended up creating.  Looks pretty good, if I do say so myself!
